The powder coating "Toa Powder #6150 / #6150F" is a fast-curing, corrosion-resistant, and water quality-appropriate powder coating developed for the interior coating of ductile iron pipes and fittings for water supply, as well as for valve interiors. It protects the inner surfaces of cast iron pipes used in the important social infrastructure of water supply and sewage systems. It is an environmentally friendly coating that does not contain organic solvents. The substrate is preheated in a drying oven to a high temperature, coated outside the oven, and cured using that preheating.
