The epoxy resin-based powder coating "Toa Powder #1000" possesses excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance, characteristics of epoxy resin, making it an ideal powder coating for protecting a wide range of iron materials, including cast iron. 【Features】 ■ Excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance, resulting in a beautifully finished enamel-like surface. ■ A wide curing range (temperature range of the coated object ✕ curing time), making curing process management easy. ■ Allows for coating thickness in the range of 40 to 120 μm with a single application. ■ Compatible with friction charging guns (tribo guns). ■ Capable of adjusting a wide range of gloss levels. 【Applications】 ■ Cast iron products for water supply and drainage: collection pipes, joints, saddles, etc. ■ Industrial equipment: fire extinguishers (inner surface), indoor measuring instruments, etc. ■ Construction materials: from buildings to prefabricated steel frames, support steel frames (angle steel, channel steel, joist steel, H-beams), etc.
