We would like to introduce a case study of our production management system "Leap One-Item Production Type" implemented in a mold design and manufacturing company. There were issues with the production schedule being left to the site, making it difficult to manage processing deadlines while working with a shipping schedule. By implementing our production management system, we were able to grasp the workload by department through the setting of processing man-hours, allowing for schedule adjustments and improvements to be made before work commenced. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Before Implementation - Estimates were created using word processing based on an overview diagram. - Upon receiving an order, designs were created, and materials and processing were arranged based on the parts list from the drawings. - Delivery schedules to customers were compiled in Excel from work instructions and external delivery notes. - Manufacturing costs could not be aggregated by production number. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our production management system, "Leap One-Item Production Type," at a company that manufactures vacuum devices and parts. Before the implementation, there were no delivery notes, work instructions were left to the site, and performance was only aggregated in Excel for purchased and outsourced items. By using the system for data sharing and utilization, we linked operations. We created a mechanism for performance to be reflected in the next quotation and improved the issues. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - It is not easy to utilize past quotations. - Orders are left to the site, making it impossible to create production plans or purchasing arrangements that consider inventory. - Even when holding production schedule meetings, only a rough processing schedule can be determined. - The accounting system is separate, making document entry and reconciliation burdensome. - There are gaps in cost understanding. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of our production management system "Leap Repetitive Production Type" implemented in a precision metal cutting processing company. The issues before implementation included "low accuracy of material inventory, discrepancies even after stocktaking" and "wanting to understand costs but unable to verify." To address these, we imported preliminary order data and confirmed order data into the production management system, arranged materials and processing, and achieved production management including inspection, inventory, and delivery dates. [Case Summary (Partial)] ■ Issues - Low accuracy of material inventory, discrepancies even after stocktaking - Lot management conducted manually - Unable to grasp the workload of in-house operations, making schedule adjustments difficult - Wanting to improve business procedures but unable to find a starting point - Wanting to understand costs but unable to verify *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis is an introduction to a case where the production management system "Leap Repetitive Production Type" was implemented at a company that handles molded parts and models for automobiles. While product shipment management was in place, the appropriate production quantities and machine operating conditions were unclear. It took time to aggregate defect factors, and appropriate measures were not being taken. Therefore, we enabled the creation of production plans based on daily production volumes while adjusting inventory, and centralized business management such as aggregating defect factors linked to actual performance. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - The use of multiple systems led to duplicate work and inefficiency. - It took time to create current item slips and shipping schedules. - Production instructions were left to the site, making it impossible to create production plans considering inventory and daily production volumes. - Schedule management was lacking, sometimes resulting in a lack of necessary materials for production. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of our production management system "Leap Repetitive Production Type" implemented at an automotive-related press parts manufacturing company. The system was only being used to capture order shipments, and there was no understanding of the current situation regarding estimates (contract unit prices). After implementation, by registering the product composition and processes, it became possible to analyze standard costs by separating material costs, purchase costs, outsourcing costs, and internal costs. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - Unable to evaluate the effects of business improvements - Want to improve business procedures but cannot find a starting point - Unable to create production plans considering inventory and production lots - Unable to manage the purchase of materials necessary for production or schedule management *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the production management system "Leap Repetitive Production Type" at Hikari Seisakusho Co., Ltd. Before the implementation, there were issues such as being unable to grasp the current status of whether tasks were pending or completed, as the management of input and output forms was done by customer and person in charge. By implementing our production management system and visualizing the data, it became possible to understand the current status of each department and each person in charge, enabling information sharing. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - Since everything was created in Excel, a lot of time was spent on input and output tasks each time. - Management of input and output forms by customer and person in charge made it impossible to grasp the current status of whether tasks were pending or completed. - Timely management of material receipt, parts receipt, and site progress was not possible. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
