[Case Study of Production Management System Implementation] Manufacturing of Vacuum Equipment and Parts
Utilize the system for data sharing and utilization, and collaborate on business operations! Achievements will be reflected in the next estimate.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our production management system, "Leap One-Item Production Type," at a company that manufactures vacuum devices and parts. Before the implementation, there were no delivery notes, work instructions were left to the site, and performance was only aggregated in Excel for purchased and outsourced items. By using the system for data sharing and utilization, we linked operations. We created a mechanism for performance to be reflected in the next quotation and improved the issues. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - It is not easy to utilize past quotations. - Orders are left to the site, making it impossible to create production plans or purchasing arrangements that consider inventory. - Even when holding production schedule meetings, only a rough processing schedule can be determined. - The accounting system is separate, making document entry and reconciliation burdensome. - There are gaps in cost understanding. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
