Free membership registrationThe CTB9000 is a higher model of the dry well temperature calibrators in the CTD9100 and CTD9300 series. In dry well temperature calibrators, the shallow insertion depth can lead to thermal conduction errors, increasing measurement uncertainty. However, when the stem length is less than 70 mm, using this product can resolve this issue. Additionally, improvements have been made for calibrating multiple probes simultaneously, allowing for the calibration of thermometers with different stem lengths together. You can choose from two temperature ranges: -35 ... +165 °C and 40 ... 225 °C, with an option to support up to 255 °C. The CTB9100 achieves a reduction in thermal conduction errors and measurement uncertainty by controlling the temperature of a liquid tank with a diameter of 60 mm and a depth of 150 mm. Calibration temperature can be easily and very quickly controlled using two keys on the controller. The actual temperature and the set temperature can be displayed simultaneously on a large 4-digit high-contrast LCD, significantly reducing human errors due to reading discrepancies.

It is designed to be compact and lightweight, allowing it to be easily transported and used anywhere. A major feature is the combination of a stable heat source and high-precision Pt100 temperature measurement, which enables more efficient calibration using temperature probes. By regularly monitoring temperature probes, it allows for the rapid detection of failures and helps reduce downtime. The CTD9100 can perform calibration using a temperature-controlled metal block and interchangeable inserts. Calibration temperatures can be quickly set using just two buttons, and the actual temperature and set temperature are displayed simultaneously on a large, high-contrast four-digit LCD, preventing misreading. Thermometers with different sheath diameters can be inserted into the calibrator using the included inserts. Additionally, the unique block design has significantly improved uniformity in the low-temperature range, resulting in very small measurement uncertainty. Furthermore, the calibration bus has a 150 mm insertion depth, which greatly reduces heat dissipation errors.
