It has a maximum supply pressure of 160 MPa with good operation, a connection mechanism that allows for the alignment of measuring instruments, and a built-in priming pump capable of handling a large volume of tests.
The pressure measuring device can be used as a pressure generation source for testing, adjusting, and calibrating pressure measuring instruments in laboratories, workshops, and on-site. It allows for smooth operation of the hand spindle even at high pressures, and the size of the main body does not change when the pump is operated. By connecting the test item to a high-precision reference measuring instrument, the same pressure is supplied to both measuring devices when the pump is activated. By comparing two measurements at any pressure value, you can verify accuracy and adjust the testing machine. Both connection points are equipped with quick-release connectors with knurled nuts and interchangeable screw inserts (standard G½ female). The CPP1000 / 1600 -X can be used as a pressure source for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurement, and can be implemented in laboratories, workplaces, and even in the field. The pump is equipped with a spindle for fine adjustment, allowing for smooth operation of the hand spindle even at high pressures, with the advantage that the size of the main body does not change during operation. When the test item and a high-precision reference measuring instrument are connected to the test pump, the same pressure is supplied to both measuring instruments when the pump is activated. By comparing the two measurements at any pressure value, accuracy verification and adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument can be performed. The CPP1000 / 1600-X achieves high durability and performance equivalent to the CPB5800 pressure balance, along with excellent operability. It has a built-in priming pump and a 250ml tank, making it easy to fill large volumes of test liquid. Both connection points are equipped with quick-release connectors with knurled nuts and replaceable screw inserts (standard G½ female). We also offer conversion adapters for calibrating equipment with different connection standards.
