This is a hydraulic comparison test pump capable of supplying pressure up to 7,000 bar, featuring fine pressure adjustment and a lightweight, compact design.
The CPP7000-X is a hydraulic comparison pump with a maximum output pressure of 700 MPa. It can be used in laboratories, workshops, or on-site for pressure gauge comparison tests, adjustments, accuracy verification, and comparison calibration purposes. It enables rapid pressure supply to testing systems and smooth pressure generation, allowing for finer pressure adjustments than micro-adjustments. When connecting the test item and the reference pressure measuring instrument, the same pressure is supplied to both measuring instruments. The spindle operates within the pump body, resulting in a compact and lightweight design, while the very robust ABS resin case makes it suitable for on-site use. <Specifications> - Supply pressure range: 0 ... 7,000 bar - Pressure supply source: Mineral oil - Pressure supply port: Includes a sealing cone that allows free rotation of the instrument orientation with 2 × knurled nuts G ¾ female thread, along with a replaceable adapter to M16 x 1.5 male with sealing cone. - Pump size: (L x W x H) 460 x 445 x 265 mm - Weight: 32.5 kg For more details, please refer to the product data sheet. 【Maximum supply pressure: 700 MPa】Hydraulic comparison calibration pump CPP7000-X

basic information
The CPP7000 -X functions as a pressure source for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurement, and can be used in laboratories, workshops, or on-site at measurement locations. When the test item and a high-precision reference pressure measuring instrument are connected to the test pump, the same pressure is supplied to both measuring instruments. By comparing two measurements at any pressure value, the accuracy and adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument being tested can be verified. The pump generates pressures of up to 7,000 bar and features a built-in dual-area spindle pump with a switching valve, allowing for rapid pressure supply to the test system and smooth pressure generation, while also enabling fine adjustments of pressure through the precisely adjustable spindle pump. The two connection points are equipped with G½ female loose union connections with double-end metal cones, and conversion adapters are also available for calibrating instruments that use different connection threads. Since the spindle operates within the pump body, the CPP7000-X has a compact and lightweight design, yet its very robust ABS resin case makes it suitable for use in the field.
