This is a hydraulic comparison test pump capable of supplying pressures up to 4,000 bar, featuring fine pressure adjustment and a lightweight, compact design.
The CPP4000 is used as a pressure source for testing, adjusting, and calibrating pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements that require pressures of up to 400 MPa, particularly in laboratories and workplaces. Its spindle operates within the pump body, and its robust ABS resin case provides a compact and lightweight design, making it suitable for field use. By connecting the test item to a high-precision reference pressure measuring instrument and supplying the same pressure to both devices, accuracy verification and adjustments can be performed by comparing the two measurements at any pressure value. With the built-in spindle pump featuring a switching valve, it allows for rapid pressure supply and smooth pressure generation while also enabling fine pressure adjustments, making it a very user-friendly product. <Specifications> - Supply pressure range: 0 ... 4,000 bar - Pressure supply medium: Mineral oil - Pressure supply ports: G1/2 male thread union nut, metal cone specification, 2 locations - Pump size: (L x W x H) 401 x 397 x 155 mm - Weight: 13.5 kg For more details, please refer to the product data sheet. 【Maximum supply pressure: 400 MPa】Hydraulic spindle pump CPP4000

basic information
The CPP4000 -X functions as a pressure generation source for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurement, and can be used in laboratories, workshops, or at measurement sites. When the test item and a high-precision reference pressure measuring instrument are connected to the test pump, the same pressure is supplied to both measuring instruments. By comparing the two measurements at any pressure value, the accuracy and adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be verified. The pump generates pressures of up to 4,000 bar and features a built-in dual-area spindle pump with a switching valve, allowing for rapid pressure supply to the test system and smooth pressure generation, while also enabling precise fine-tuning of pressure through the adjustable spindle pump. The two connection points are equipped with G½ female loose union connections with double-end metal cones, and conversion adapters can also be provided for calibrating measuring instruments that use different connection threads. Since the spindle operates within the pump body, the CPP4000-X has a compact and lightweight design, yet its very robust ABS resin case makes it suitable for use in the field.
