The dry mat is a composite mat that consists of a wave net made of a three-dimensional mesh structure of polyester, impregnated with special cement mortar, measuring 5mm thick and 60cm wide. Before use, it is soft and fits the unevenness of the ground, and after being secured with anchors, it hardens through hydration reactions from watering or rainwater, serving as an erosion prevention mat.

Free membership registration【Features】 ○ An environmentally friendly ground reinforcement method that allows for forest protection, landscape preservation, and greening of slopes. 〇 No large machinery required; can be constructed in narrow sites using lightweight materials. ○ Compared to conventional methods that use retaining walls and rebar insertion, it can reduce costs and shorten construction periods. 〇 Applicable even on cut slopes and collapsed slopes when used in conjunction with slope protection methods such as wire mesh and vegetation mats. ○ Registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism NETIS registration number KK-010068-V (published until April 2017). In road slope applications, it allows for early traffic opening compared to conventional methods and can be constructed in small spaces, making it a preferred choice. In areas where landscape consideration is necessary, such as tourist spots, it can also be made less noticeable with colored specifications. ◆ A collection of case studies can be downloaded for free from the link below! Free membership registrationThe high-durability STK net is a rust-free polyester hexagonal net that serves as an alternative to wire mesh. Originally developed as a net for marine aquaculture, it has been repurposed for land applications, used for various purposes such as rockfall prevention, sediment control, wildlife damage prevention, and fall prevention. It is particularly adopted in the railway and road sectors due to its lightweight and durability (life cycle cost). You can download case studies from the link below. Please refer to it.

Free membership registrationThis is a ground reinforcement construction method that connects rock bolts and unit nets with pressure plates to stabilize slopes through their mutual effects. It is often used on natural slopes because it allows for the preservation of trees, but it can also be applied in restoration work for collapsed areas and on cut slopes in conjunction with slope protection measures such as vegetation mats. 【Features】 - An environmentally considerate ground reinforcement construction method that allows for forest protection, landscape preservation, and greening of slopes. - No large machinery required; can be constructed in narrow sites using lightweight materials. - Compared to conventional methods that use frame supports and rebar insertion, it can reduce costs and shorten construction periods. - Applicable in cut slopes and collapsed slopes in combination with slope protection measures such as wire mesh and vegetation mats. - Proven results in the removal of special disaster warning areas (red zones). - Registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under NETIS registration number KK-010068-V (published until April 2017). ◆◇ You can download a collection of disaster recovery case studies from the link below! ◇◆

Free membership registrationAsakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Haki Hoshimaru, Shimizu Moto District From July 5 to 6, 2017, due to the inflow of warm and very humid air towards the stationary rainy front near the Tsushima Strait, a linear precipitation zone was formed and maintained, resulting in extremely heavy rain in the same location. This led to record-breaking rainfall in the northern Kyushu region and caused a heavy rain disaster. In Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where this heavy rain disaster occurred, unit nets were adopted and constructed in 2014 as part of a steep slope collapse prevention project. You can view the situation near the unit net construction site immediately after the disaster on the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan's YouTube account. The back side of the three-story building (elementary school) shown around 1:40 in the video below is the site where the unit net method was implemented. Despite numerous landslides occurring in the surrounding mountains, the area where the unit net method was applied did not experience any landslides. Free membership registrationIn recent years, with the increase in rainfall, the importance of slope measures in urban areas has been rising. In residential areas and public facilities, slope measures often face limitations in terms of delivery and construction space. However, the unit net method allows for delivery and construction in smaller spaces compared to traditional shotcrete frame work and rebar insertion methods. It is also ideal for areas where it is difficult to remove felled trees or where there is a desire to stabilize slopes while preserving greenery. We have a wealth of construction achievements, with approximately 1,000 cases and 710,000 m², including instances where special disaster warning areas (red zones) have been lifted. ◇◆ You can download the collection of construction examples from the link below. ◆◇ Please take a look!

Free membership registrationThe high-durability STK net is a rust-free polyester hexagonal net that serves as an alternative to metal wire. Originally developed as a net for marine aquaculture, it has been repurposed for land applications and is used for various purposes such as rockfall prevention, sediment control, wildlife damage prevention, and fall prevention. It is ideal for areas along the coast where salt damage is a concern, volcanic regions with acidic gas emissions, and cultural properties or scenic areas where aesthetics are important. It contributes to improved weight and workability, being about one-fifth the weight of traditional metal wire.

Free membership registrationMikune District, Sayō Town, Sayō County, Hyōgo Prefecture ◆ Damage from Typhoon No. 23 in 2004 In response to the damage caused by Typhoon No. 23 in 2004, "unit nets" were adopted at planned locations for the restoration of windfall trees and slope collapses, and construction was sequentially ordered based on the plan. ◆ Damage from Typhoon No. 9 in 2009 While construction was progressing sequentially for restoration measures, we were hit by damage from Typhoon No. 9 in 2009. Slope collapses occurred in surrounding areas, centered around the restoration plan area. Although there were still unaddressed areas within the restoration plan that experienced slope collapses, the adjacent area where "unit nets" had been installed was able to prevent collapses. There were houses below the slopes, but thanks to the installation of "unit nets," safety was successfully maintained. ● For more details, please download the materials.

Free membership registrationThe "DK Drain Pipe" is a new type of driven drainage pipe made of stainless steel, designed to be driven into the ground with threaded ends (male and female threads) to drain water from the ground, lower the groundwater level, and prevent slope collapse. 【Features】 ■ Improved durability and cost-effectiveness - By using stainless steel for the pipe material, it is resistant to rust, which can reduce lifecycle costs. ■ Improved workability - The pipe can be driven directly without prior drilling. - By striking the tip bit attached to the end of the pipe, the impact force is directly transmitted, making it easier to drive in. - The threaded ends of the pipe allow for easy connection between pipes. ● Please download the catalog for the construction procedure.
