This is a tabletop semi-automatic mounter capable of accurately implementing various components. It supports both guided implementation via a monitor and manual implementation. Component supply is compatible with loose components, reel tapes, stick feeders, and trays. High-resolution cameras and positional adjustment knobs allow for precise alignment. Implementation data can be loaded into dedicated software for semi-automatic implementation. An MPL unit compatible with BGA, CSP, QFN, and other components can also be added. We also offer a solder dispensing option. It is suitable for in-house implementation and small-batch production of various types.

The Laser Substrate Cutting Machine SA/SF series is a laser substrate cutting machine that enables processing without applying stress to the base material, thereby minimizing the generation of foreign substances. It can accurately cut FR4 substrates and flexible substrates, eliminating concerns about foreign substance generation and stress on the base material that were present in conventional processes. It can be equipped with lasers suitable for the material being processed, such as nanosecond lasers and picosecond lasers. We offer models in batch type and inline type. It is suitable for cutting individual pieces before and after mounting.

This is a CAM software equipped with a variety of editing functions. It has a processing capacity of up to 999 layers and 9999 apertures, and it performs high-speed graphic processing for polygon support (raster fill, POEX/POIN, G36/G37) and additional processing (negative-positive, merge, paint, scratch, object inversion). In addition to editing functions such as move, copy, delete, rotate, flip, partial delete, and merge, it also includes additional features like flash, line, arc, circle, rectangle, polygon, and text. It supports various formats including Gerber data, drill data, NC data, HPGL data, DXF data, ODB++ data, and IPC2581.

Circuit design and artwork are linked in real-time, and net connection information is always reflected. Additionally, a circuit simulator is also included as standard. We also offer packages that include EDS spice, thermal analysis, and electromagnetic field analysis.

This is a next-generation laser substrate processing machine capable of pattern processing through high-precision laser machining, as well as drilling and contour processing using tools. It can prototype FR4 substrates, Teflon substrates, ceramic substrates, and more, enabling the formation of fine circuits with high-speed laser processing. Drilling and contour processing can be performed with a spindle motor that reaches up to 80,000 RPM. The adoption of a vacuum table allows for secure fixation of thin materials. Additionally, it is equipped with a camera for alignment purposes. It is suitable for in-house circuit prototyping, experimental applications, and small-scale production.

This is a desktop chip mounter that allows for the implementation of components down to 0402 size with easy operation. It is capable of prototype-level component mounting using only a Windows PC and this product. With a high-resolution camera and high-precision positioning, it can mount components ranging from loose parts and cut tape components to bottom electrode components. Implementation data can be loaded into dedicated software, allowing for automatic component mounting. Manual alignment for mounting is also possible. A solder dispense option is also available. It is suitable for in-house mounting, experimental purposes, and small-scale production.

The LS series laser processing machine is a research and development laser processing machine with high versatility that can perform fine processing on various materials. The batch-type reflow furnace also supports temperature profile measurement and storage. Additionally, a dedicated dust collector is also available.

This is an inline circuit board separator that splits multi-panel boards supplied inline and can transfer them directly to a tray for storage. Each individual piece is secured from the top with a dedicated grip and split from the bottom using a router. The split pieces are automatically aligned and stored in pallets, trays, or tapes. It allows for highly efficient automatic circuit board separation with automatic supply from a magazine rack. Additionally, it is also capable of splitting panel boards fixed on a pallet.
