This is a next-generation laser substrate processing machine capable of pattern processing through high-precision laser machining, as well as drilling and contour processing using tools. It can prototype FR4 substrates, Teflon substrates, ceramic substrates, and more, enabling the formation of fine circuits with high-speed laser processing. Drilling and contour processing can be performed with a spindle motor that reaches up to 80,000 RPM. The adoption of a vacuum table allows for secure fixation of thin materials. Additionally, it is equipped with a camera for alignment purposes. It is suitable for in-house circuit prototyping, experimental applications, and small-scale production.
