This is a tabletop semi-automatic mounter capable of accurately implementing various components. It supports both guided implementation via a monitor and manual implementation. Component supply is compatible with loose components, reel tapes, stick feeders, and trays. High-resolution cameras and positional adjustment knobs allow for precise alignment. Implementation data can be loaded into dedicated software for semi-automatic implementation. An MPL unit compatible with BGA, CSP, QFN, and other components can also be added. We also offer a solder dispensing option. It is suitable for in-house implementation and small-batch production of various types.
