A chip mounter capable of high-precision assembly of flower parts on a tabletop.
This is a desktop chip mounter that allows for the implementation of components down to 0402 size with easy operation. It is capable of prototype-level component mounting using only a Windows PC and this product. With a high-resolution camera and high-precision positioning, it can mount components ranging from loose parts and cut tape components to bottom electrode components. Implementation data can be loaded into dedicated software, allowing for automatic component mounting. Manual alignment for mounting is also possible. A solder dispense option is also available. It is suitable for in-house mounting, experimental purposes, and small-scale production.
