The "Mizuguchi Pipe" is used for distributing water from a small irrigation channel to the fields. It features a resin-made water intake valve, diverter, and distribution valve that can be opened upwards during water distribution to allow water flow. Features of our Mizuguchi Pipe: 1. The flow rate can be freely adjusted according to the valve opening degree. 2. Models W1 to W4 can be opened and closed in the direction preferred by the user. It is recommended to open towards the upstream side. By installing the valve stopper screw on the downstream side, you can prevent the valve from opening due to water flow. 3. The length of the product is kept short so that the socket does not protrude from the irrigation channel. If there is a long distance from the channel to the field, it can be extended with PVC pipes. 4. The product's socket part has a protrusion that prevents the product from detaching from the concrete due to the rotational force during operation. 5. A type with a filter is also available, which prevents trash such as empty cans and plastic bags from flowing into the fields. 6. If you want to stop the water flow for an extended period, please consider the KMW5 model's dedicated cap. (The filter and the W5 model's dedicated cap cannot be used together.) 7. The KMW1 type is used for distributing water from small irrigation channels to fields. Features of the KMW2 type: 1. The flow rate can be freely adjusted according to the valve opening degree. 2. Sizes are available to match the standards of PVC pipes, ranging from 75 mm to 250 mm in diameter. For pipes thicker than 250 mm, the KMW7 type (with a gate-like sliding adjustment plate) will be used. If installed in a deep location, consider the KMW4 type with a lever. 3. It can open in either direction, allowing users to choose their preferred opening direction. Even if there is a wall or obstacle on one side, it can still be opened on the other side. It is recommended to open it upstream. By installing the valve stopper screw on the downstream side, you can prevent the valve from opening due to water flow. 4. The KMW3 and KMW4 types are used for distributing water from small irrigation channels to fields. They feature a resin intake valve, dividing valve, and distribution valve that can be opened left and right to allow water flow during distribution. The "KMW5 type" is a specialized cap for water pipes that enhances water-tightness during periods when irrigation is unnecessary, such as during crop rotation or fallow periods, by fitting inside the water pipe. It can also be used later on already installed water pipes. When ordering, please provide the specifications and nominal diameter of the water pipe you wish to use. It cannot be used simultaneously with water pipes that have filters. The "KMW9 type" is a convenient extension lever for use in deep applications of the special water inlet pipe. It is compatible with the "KMW6 type," "KMW7 type," and "KMW8 type." By rotating the 90-degree elbow to change its height, water can be drawn from the waterway to the field and stopped, or water higher than the height of the 90-degree elbow can be drained from the rice field to the drainage channel. Conventional products simply used a 90-degree elbow inserted into a PVC pipe. With conventional products, every time you operated it, you had to remove the 90-degree elbow from the PVC pipe, adjust it to the desired angle, and then reinsert the 90-degree elbow, which made operation cumbersome.
