This is a water intake valve and drainage outlet for fields (rice paddies) using a 90-degree elbow. The 90-degree elbow has been threaded, allowing for easy operation (rotation).
By rotating the 90-degree elbow to change its height, water can be drawn from the waterway to the field and stopped, or water higher than the height of the 90-degree elbow can be drained from the rice field to the drainage channel. Conventional products simply used a 90-degree elbow inserted into a PVC pipe. With conventional products, every time you operated it, you had to remove the 90-degree elbow from the PVC pipe, adjust it to the desired angle, and then reinsert the 90-degree elbow, which made operation cumbersome. Installation Method Please insert the connection port of the socket part into the existing PVC pipe (and glue it) for installation. E. Usage Instructions When taking water, tilting the 90-degree elbow horizontally allows water to flow. When stopping water, positioning the 90-degree elbow vertically stops the water. If the tip of the upright elbow section is lower than the maximum water level of the waterway, please extend it with PVC pipe. PVC pipes of specified dimensions are available for separate purchase. For drainage, tilting the 90-degree elbow horizontally allows water to drain. The degree of inclination of the 90-degree elbow determines the drainage water level and can adjust the water level in the field.
