Our filters are not only suitable for use in weep holes installed in water channels but also come in various types that can be used as anti-suction materials for drainage pipes in road retaining walls, and we have a rich inventory available. In particular, the KMC type insert filter is unique in that it can be installed simply by inserting it from the surface of the water channel or road into the drainage pipe. Since there is no need to excavate the ground side, it excels in safety and short construction periods, which also helps keep construction costs low. Features of Our Simple Flap Gate 1. The main body is made of PVC, making it convenient for easy installation of flap gates. 2. Being made of PVC, it is lighter and more affordable compared to metal products. 3. The KMGH and KMGC types are fixed with adhesive, making installation easy. 4. There are products available that correspond to three different installation methods to suit the site. For details on the lineup, please refer to the individual product pages. ■ KMG Type: A type fixed to the retaining wall with anchor bolts. It is installed to cover the discharge outlet, allowing use without being restricted by the shape of the outlet. The compatible size for the discharge outlet is up to 1,000mm square. ■ KMGH Type: A type that covers the outside of the PVC pipe. It is convenient for new installations. The compatible size ranges from a diameter of 50mm to 600mm. ■ KMGC Type: A type that is inserted and fixed inside the PVC pipe or flue pipe. It can be easily retrofitted to existing pipes. The "Rice Field Valve" is used for the water supply outlet at the end of the field when water is supplied to rice fields via PVC pipes from open channels, reservoirs, etc. The water supply amount can be freely adjusted by turning the upper cover by hand. We offer two types: the low-pressure "KMB1 type" and the medium-pressure "KMB2 type." 【Features (KMB1 type)】 ■ Simple structure with low risk of failure ■ Made of synthetic resin (ABS), with excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance ■ O-rings are made of synthetic rubber (ethylene-propylene rubber), with good heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance ■ There are binding holes for anti-rotation on the cover and socket ■ The cover has a unique shape to minimize water splashing during supply ■ There are two connection methods: one that inserts from the outside of KMB1 and another that inserts from the inside *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Mizuguchi Pipe" is used for distributing water from a small irrigation channel to the fields. It features a resin-made water intake valve, diverter, and distribution valve that can be opened upwards during water distribution to allow water flow. Features of our Mizuguchi Pipe: 1. The flow rate can be freely adjusted according to the valve opening degree. 2. Models W1 to W4 can be opened and closed in the direction preferred by the user. It is recommended to open towards the upstream side. By installing the valve stopper screw on the downstream side, you can prevent the valve from opening due to water flow. 3. The length of the product is kept short so that the socket does not protrude from the irrigation channel. If there is a long distance from the channel to the field, it can be extended with PVC pipes. 4. The product's socket part has a protrusion that prevents the product from detaching from the concrete due to the rotational force during operation. 5. A type with a filter is also available, which prevents trash such as empty cans and plastic bags from flowing into the fields. 6. If you want to stop the water flow for an extended period, please consider the KMW5 model's dedicated cap. (The filter and the W5 model's dedicated cap cannot be used together.) 7. The "KMB2 type" is a valve used at the water supply point in the field when supplying irrigation water to rice paddies through a pressure pipe (pipeline). The water supply volume can be freely adjusted by turning the upper cover by hand. Please use it at locations where the water supply pressure is approximately 4 kg/cm² at the end. The rubber packing is made of synthetic rubber (ethylene-propylene rubber), which has good heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance. 【Features】 ■ Simple structure with low risk of failure ■ Made of synthetic resin (ABS), with good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance ■ Water supply volume can be freely adjusted by turning the upper cover by hand ■ There are binding holes for preventing rotation on the cover and socket ■ The cover has a unique shape to minimize water splashing during supply ■ Connection method uses a flange for JIS 5 kg *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "KMB1 type" is a shut-off valve for pressure pipes used at the water supply point in the fields when supplying irrigation water from open channels, reservoirs, etc., via PVC pipes (pipeline). The water supply volume can be freely adjusted by turning the upper cover by hand. The "KMN type" is a permeable pipe designed to supply moisture by allowing rainwater and other sources to infiltrate from the surface into the ground through a mesh pipe. It can also be used for oxygen supply and underground infiltration of liquid fertilizers. The tip of the pipe features multiple ribs for added strength and is designed to minimize misalignment during insertion. 【Features】 ■ Allows surface water to permeate into the ground ■ Simple structure with low risk of malfunction ■ The mesh pipe uses a full mesh design for good drainage ■ The tip also has holes for effective water discharge ■ The upper dish is made of AAS resin, which has excellent corrosion, heat, cold, and weather resistance ■ The underground insertion can be done by covering with a VP pipe and driving it in slightly (except in cases with a lot of gravel) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "KMH type" is a drainage outlet installed on the embankment of rice fields, which adjusts the water level using a water level control plate. It is available in four types with pipe diameters ranging from φ100 to φ200. Since it is placed inside the embankment, it does not interfere with agricultural work. 【Features】 ■ Both the main body and the control plate are made of ABS resin, making it lightweight (approximately 2 kg). ■ Two control plates are used, and the upper control plate can be slid to adjust the water level. ■ The upper control plate is fixed by suspending it with a string from the top of the main body, allowing for easy and stepless height adjustment. ■ When the two control plates are removed, it opens fully to the bottom, making drainage easy. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

This is a weep hole that allows for the removal and replacement of the "backflow prevention valve and filter" as a whole. The diameter is only φ50. This product is divided into the "main body (including the filter of the weep hole)" and the "fixed part" for securing the weep hole to the waterway retaining wall, and it integrates by being twisted together like a screw.

KM Type Simple Water Stop Plug 'KMQ Type' This can be used when you want to temporarily stop the inflow (or outflow) from a PVC pipe. It can also be used as a replacement for screw-type manhole covers that have broken threads or have deteriorated and can no longer be used. When used as a replacement for screw-type manhole covers, it is suitable for VP pipes.
