We would like to introduce the "filters" that we handle. Our filters are not only suitable for use in weep holes installed in water channels but also come in various types that can be used as anti-suction materials for drainage pipes in road retaining walls, and we have a rich inventory available. In particular, the KMC type insert filter is unique in that it can be installed simply by inserting it from the surface of the water channel or road into the drainage pipe. Since there is no need to excavate the ground side, it excels in safety and short construction periods, which also helps keep construction costs low. The "KMO type / KMON type" is a perforated pipe-type water drainage filter with a large catchment area that enhances drainage effectiveness. By inserting and installing this product into the backfill section of weep holes provided in drainage channels, it prevents the outflow of soil and other materials from the backfill section while simultaneously increasing the catchment area, allowing for smooth water discharge. It is a compact filter with a larger catchment area compared to the KMM type plate filter and KMP type cup filter. It can also be used as a material to prevent suction in drainage pipes of road retaining walls. The KMO type has slits of 6.5 mm in diameter on the side and 3 mm in cross-section. The "KMK type" is a collection filter (basket type) made of ABS polyethylene resin. By inserting and installing this product into the backfill area of the weep holes provided in drainage channels, it prevents the outflow of soil and other materials from the backfill area while simultaneously increasing the collection area, allowing for smooth water discharge. It is a medium-sized filter with a larger collection area compared to the KMO type collection filter (effective pipe type). It can also be used as a material to prevent suction in drainage pipes of road retaining walls. The "KMF type" is a catchment filter box made of synthetic resin (polyethylene) with a simple structure, sufficient strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance. By fixing this product to the concrete retaining wall with nails in the backfill area of the weep holes installed in drainage channels, it prevents the outflow of soil and other materials from the backfill area while simultaneously increasing the catchment area, allowing for smooth water discharge. It is a large filter with a larger catchment area compared to the KMK type catchment filter (basket type). It can also be used as a material to prevent suction in drainage pipes of road retaining walls. The "KMP type" is a cup filter for drainage pipes that is inserted and attached to retaining walls, drainage channels, etc., to prevent the outflow of soil and sediment from the backfill area. By inserting this product into the backfill area of weep holes provided in drainage channels, it helps prevent the outflow of soil and sediment while allowing smooth water drainage. The cup contains a coconut fiber filter to prevent suction. It can also be used as a suction prevention material for drainage pipes in road retaining walls. It can be installed simply by inserting it into the drainage pipe and is compatible with slopes of approximately 1:3. It is suitable for both VP and VU pipes. When backfilling with materials that have a high content of cohesive soil, please use a sand and gravel filter layer in conjunction. Installation is as simple as inserting it into the drainage pipe, and it is compatible with slopes of approximately 3:1. It is suitable for both VP and VU pipes. The "KMD type" is a drainage mat that can be easily attached to drainage pipes in waterways, retaining walls, etc. with a one-touch mechanism. By inserting and installing this product into the backfill area of weep holes provided in drainage ditches, it prevents the outflow of soil and sediment from the backfill area while simultaneously increasing the catchment area, allowing for smooth water discharge. It is a large filter with a greater catchment area compared to the KMK type catchment filter (basket type). It can also be used as a material to prevent suction in drainage pipes of road retaining walls. It is lightweight, making transportation and installation easy. The "KMC type" is a retrofittable filter material (anti-suction material) that is effective when sediment is being drawn out from existing drainage pipes (PVC pipes) of retaining walls, embankments, etc. When sediment is drawn out, a cavity forms on the backfill side, increasing the risk of collapse and breach, creating a dangerous situation. The unique aspect of the KMC type insert filter is that it can be installed simply by inserting it from the surface of the waterway or road into the drainage pipe. Since there is no need to excavate the ground side, it excels in safety and short construction periods, which also helps keep construction costs low. Please consider using this product for anti-suction measures in such cases. It is compatible with both VP and VU pipes. Note: It is assumed that the drainage pipe is a PVC pipe. If there is only a hole in the concrete, installation may not be possible depending on the condition of the hole's surface.
