The UP valve is made of resin with PP as the main raw material, featuring high pressure resistance, chemical resistance, and excellent cost performance. The base material, PP, is relatively inexpensive and lightweight among plastics, with a good balance of rigidity and impact resistance, as well as excellent pressure and chemical resistance. By combining this PP with ethylene propylene used in the packing area, we achieved excellent pressure resistance performance of 0.78 MPa for a PP valve. This product is suitable as a replacement for metal and fluoropolymer valves used under the above pressure conditions, and it contributes to the stable operation of equipment, devices, and systems in lines using Ushio Lighting's plastic fittings (Z unions) and piping (UP tubes).

UP tubing, made primarily from polypropylene (PP), features high pressure resistance, excellent flexibility, and cost performance, making it suitable for piping gases and liquids like air and water in automation and labor-saving devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and scientific instruments.

The "LEDIU LED Bulb Dichroic Halogen Type," which is an alternative LED bulb to halogen lamps, is a highly compatible product that meets the brightness, light quality, performance, and shape desired by users, with the concept of "not changing the light, not changing the shape." Currently, when converting existing halogen lamps to LED, there are issues such as increased size due to heat dissipation measures to achieve higher brightness, and constraints on the LEDs that can be used if size is prioritized, resulting in insufficient brightness. In response, the LEDIU LED bulb utilizes a lens design tailored to the high-efficiency LED chips it incorporates, advanced optical simulation technology, and employs a heat sink with excellent heat dissipation in a line slit shape, along with an optimized power supply layout, achieving the same size and brightness as halogen lamps.

This is a manual exposure device compatible with 2-inch wafers. It is an exposure device where the operator manually sets the wafer. Using a 4-inch glass mask, the alignment marks of the photomask and the wafer are imaged through a microscope, allowing for alignment and exposure gap settings while viewing the displayed image on a monitor. Additionally, when the exposure switch is pressed, the microscope automatically retracts, the lamp house moves to the designated position, and the exposure is performed with the set light intensity, followed by automatic retraction.

This is a fully automatic exposure device compatible with a 2-inch wafer size. By replacing the conventional multi-joint robots used in wafer transport with three self-developed transport robots, we have achieved a high throughput of processing 190 pieces (2-inch wafers) per hour. In particular, the newly developed alignment image processing employs auto-alignment with a combination of arbitrary coordinate specified search and intelligent θ search. Additionally, to ensure stable visibility, the microscope's halogen lighting features a new mechanism that also feeds back on illumination attenuation through image processing. The operator simply sets the photomask and wafer and selects a pre-stored exposure recipe, allowing for automatic execution of wafer transport, alignment with the photomask, and exposure, enabling stable precision exposure that does not depend on the operator or their experience.
