The UP valve is made of resin with PP as the main raw material, featuring high pressure resistance, chemical resistance, and excellent cost performance. The base material, PP, is relatively inexpensive and lightweight among plastics, with a good balance of rigidity and impact resistance, as well as superior pressure and chemical resistance. By combining this PP with ethylene propylene used in the packing area, we have achieved excellent pressure resistance performance of 0.78 MPa for a PP valve. This product is ideal as a replacement for metal and fluorine-based valves used under the aforementioned pressure conditions, and it contributes to the stable operation of equipment, devices, and systems in lines using Ushio Lighting's plastic fittings (Z unions) and piping (UP tubes).

This device is a weight checker that prevents product loss at the final stage of the packaging and packing line through weighing and automatic sorting on the production line.
