The basket capacity, filtration area, and centrifugal force (800-900G) are large, allowing for mass production and rapid processing. By placing the motor in the center of the body, vibrations are reduced, and the installation area can be minimized relative to the processing volume, enabling installation at a convenient height for operation. The large bottom discharge outlet prevents adhesion, accumulation, and clogging of processed materials. By equipping the scraping mechanism with an electric motor and a reduction gear, the time for the scraping process is shortened, allowing production to occur at your desired operating cycle.

From customer C, a cosmetics raw material manufacturer, we received a request stating, "When the scraping begins, the crystals are hard, which causes scraping compensation (the scraping blade hits the crystals, increasing the load and reducing the basket rotation speed, so we have to temporarily release the scraping blade to increase the basket rotation speed) to occur several times, resulting in longer scraping time (production). We want to find a solution." After hearing about the operating conditions of the customer's machine and having discussions, we proposed a specification that includes an electric motor and a reduction gear. [Case Study] I want to easily extract crystals even with an upper discharge centrifugal separator.

The special basket and lifter enable improved cleaning of the in-flight baskets and reduce the burden on the work operators.

We received an inquiry from chemical manufacturer Company O regarding their desire to easily recover and extract crystals using a top discharge centrifuge. We proposed and delivered our top discharge centrifuge model KMβ with a bottom-opening dewatering bag and a basket without a flange. As a result of using our centrifuge, we received positive feedback regarding: - Reduced burden on the operating personnel - Improved cleanability of the basket inside the machine In a top discharge centrifuge, the operating personnel must manually remove solid materials. However, this is quite labor-intensive, and the difficulty increases if the solids are hard. Furthermore, with medium-sized machines around 42 inches, the solids to be removed can exceed 100 kg. No need to replace filter cloth! ~Centrifuge that protects operators with an electron beam screen~

We received an inquiry from our customer, Company S, which produces herbicides and pesticides, stating, "Due to handling toxic products, we wear protective gear such as gas masks and gloves when replacing or cleaning filter cloths, but the situation poses a high risk to the on-site operators. The characteristics of the product cause the filter cloth to clog easily, necessitating regular replacements, and we want to improve the exposure of operators to these toxic products." In response, we proposed an electron beam screen (metal filter) that eliminates the need for filter cloth replacement, and they adopted it. As a result of using our machine with the electron beam screen specification, the need for filter cloth replacement was eliminated, reducing the risk of poisoning for operators, as well as cutting down on the labor costs associated with filter cloth replacement and cleaning, and eliminating the running costs of the filter cloths.

In response, we gathered information about the operating conditions of the customer's machinery and, after discussions, proposed a specification equipped with a one-motion type scraping device, which we then delivered. 【Case Study】Automatically recover all crystals without exposure!

It is possible to recover the entire amount of high-priced crystals. Furthermore, production in a sealed environment is possible, which reduces the risks of contamination and exposure, and fully automated operation is also feasible.

We received an inquiry from Company O, a manufacturer of electronic materials, stating, "We want to automatically discharge crystals without exposure. Additionally, since the unit price of the product is high, we want to recover all of it." In response, we proposed the all-recovery type centrifuge "FLOWM." [About FLOWM] While conventional top-discharge types allow for complete recovery, they pose a risk of foreign matter contamination due to the open state during product retrieval. Furthermore, manual retrieval by operators is essential, which increases the operator's workload and consequently raises labor costs. On the other hand, fully automatic bottom-discharge types tend to leave residual crystals, making complete recovery difficult, and they are inferior to top-discharge types in terms of cleanability. This is where the cloth-inversion type centrifuge FLOWM comes into focus. The cloth-inversion type FLOWM eliminates the need for a scraping device that is essential in fully automatic systems, allowing for the retrieval of crystals by inverting the filter cloth, thus enabling complete recovery. Moreover, it allows for production in a sealed environment, reducing the risks of contamination and exposure, and it can operate fully automatically. It also boasts excellent cleanability, enabling cleaning in a sealed state. Additionally, the opening and closing device is standardly equipped and is designed to operate without requiring power, contributing to an oil-free operation.
