We have responded to the request to make it easier to clean the bottom surface of the basket, as we need to improve cleanliness due to the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals.
We proposed our detachable splash guard PATAN based on the request from Company O, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, stating, "Since we manufacture pharmaceuticals, we need to improve cleanliness, and we especially want to make the cleaning of the bottom of the basket easier." Additionally, we provided a centrifuge equipped with a casing mirror plate, casing opening and closing, and basket lift-up features to further enhance the cleanliness, which is considered important in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

basic information
【POINT】Custom specifications focused on cleanability - Removable splash guard PATAN The PATAN is a removable splash guard, making it easy to clean the bottom of the basket. The company has received great feedback as it facilitates cleaning during product changeovers in their contract manufacturing plant. - Casing end plate The casing has no corners and is rounded, preventing the accumulation of crystals or other materials in the corners. This helps prevent foreign matter contamination during product changeovers. - Casing opening and closing mechanism By making the casing openable, the basket becomes accessible, allowing for thorough cleaning of the entire casing of the centrifuge, the basket, and associated equipment. Therefore, even when the material being processed changes, it enables sufficiently clean centrifuge processing. - Basket lift-up By raising the basket, it becomes easy to clean the inside of the casing and the bottom of the basket, contributing to reduced operator burden and improved quality.

Detailed information
-
■Removable Splash Prevention Panel PATAN PATAN is a removable splash prevention panel, making it easy to clean the bottom surface of the basket. Company O has received great praise for it, as it facilitates cleaning during product changeovers in their contract manufacturing plant.
-
■Casing end plate Since the casing has no corners and is rounded, crystals and other substances do not get trapped in the corners. It prevents foreign matter contamination during product changeovers.
-
■Casing Mirror Plate When there are corners, powder tends to remain in those corners, but by being round and without corners like a mirror plate, the powder is easily washed away and does not remain. By preventing powder residue, it is possible to reduce the risk of foreign matter contamination.
-
■Casing Opening and Closing Mechanism By making the casing openable, the basket becomes accessible, allowing for thorough cleaning of the entire casing of the centrifuge, the basket itself, and associated equipment in detail. This enables sufficiently clean centrifugation processing.
-
■Basket Lift-Up By raising the basket, it becomes easier to clean the inside of the casing and the bottom of the basket, contributing to a reduction in the operator's burden and an improvement in quality.
