It is a centrifuge with specifications suitable for use in clean rooms. ◎ Contamination Prevention - By separating the separation and purification section of the centrifuge from the motor drive section with a partition, wear particles from the drive unit do not mix with the product. - The casing is fully open, and the basket is right in front of the operator, making it easy to clean and verify the cleaning of both the inside of the basket and the back of the basket. - The entire process from slurry supply, separation, cake washing, to crystal recovery and cleaning can be handled fully automatically without human intervention, preventing contamination caused by operator involvement. - CIP cleaning and immersion cleaning are possible. Cleaning liquid can be accumulated in the tank, allowing for immersion cleaning while the basket rotates, leaving no residual crystals. - Using metal filter media prevents contamination from filter cloth. - The holes in the metal filter media (electron beam) have a special shape, ensuring no residual washing of the filter media.
