After the lithium exchange, there was a case where operations were conducted from 6 AM to 6 PM with a break time of approximately 1.5 hours.

We would like to introduce a case study of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts at a paper distribution warehouse. The forklift, manufactured in January 2014, was used for approximately 8 to 9 hours a day, totaling 16,056 hours of operation. After the lithium battery replacement, it operated from 6 AM to 6 PM with about 1.5 hours of break time, with a discharge time (usage time) of 9.0 hours, a charging time (onboard charger) of 3.7 hours, and an idle time of 3.3 hours. We would like to introduce a trial case of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts in a -25℃ cold storage facility using a lead battery charger. We were using a Toyota 1.5-ton reach truck model 7FBRS15. The lithium-ion battery is 48V 280Ah. [Case Study of Lithium] Trial at Beer Factory 7FBH15

We would like to introduce a trial case of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts at a 24-hour operating beer factory using the 7FBH15 model. The operating time was 9.4 hours. The battery was not discharged by 50%, and there was ample time for recharging. Additionally, the fast charger operates at 150 amps for charging, with a maximum discharge of 120 amps. The lithium-ion battery can operate for 24 hours without replacement, resulting in a reduction in the number of forklifts needed.
