Here is a case study of the lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts that our company provided. In a certain parts supply warehouse, during intermittent operation with 24-hour availability, the forklift operated for 5 to 8 hours a day, with charging taking 0.5 to 1.4 hours per day. Additionally, due to intermittent operation and driver usage, there was a long idle time of about 8 hours a day. Considering the need for continuous operation during peak periods, we recommended the introduction of a 560Ah lithium-ion battery and a fast charger, as well as the collection of three 400Ah lead batteries for replacement.
