It was determined that a battery capacity of about half is sufficient! This is an example of recommending the introduction of a fast charger in anticipation of a busy period.

We would like to introduce a case study of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts. A printing company that operates intermittently was using a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 560Ah 48V. However, since the battery was discharging about 20% per day, we determined that a battery capacity of around half would be sufficient. After the lithium exchange, there was a case where operations were conducted from 6 AM to 6 PM with a break time of approximately 1.5 hours.

We would like to introduce a case study of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts at a paper distribution warehouse. The forklift, manufactured in January 2014, was used for approximately 8 to 9 hours a day, totaling 16,056 hours of operation. After the lithium battery replacement, it operated from 6 AM to 6 PM with about 1.5 hours of break time, with a discharge time (usage time) of 9.0 hours, a charging time (onboard charger) of 3.7 hours, and an idle time of 3.3 hours.
