We would like to introduce a trial case of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts in a -25℃ cold storage facility using a lead battery charger. We were using a Toyota 1.5-ton reach truck model 7FBRS15. The lithium-ion battery is 48V 280Ah. After the lithium-ion battery replacement, the operating time was 12.7 hours, with a maximum discharge time (usage time) of 4.1 hours (5/13) and a charging time (using a separate charger) of 7.0 hours (5/13). 【Customer Overview】 ■ Cold Storage: -25℃ ■ Toyota 1.5-ton reach truck 7FBRS15 ■ Lithium-ion battery: 48V 280Ah ■ Since the GSP signal does not reach the warehouse, a specially designed GSP device and BMS were used for testing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
