We do not create paper patterns; instead, we use CAD for measuring, layout, production, and delivery in a single process, which shortens delivery times and eliminates the need for re-measurement during replacement due to data management. Additionally, for the production of irregularly shaped tatami mats, we use NC cutting machines to accommodate various shapes, including curves.
