With the technology to accurately measure the shapes of rooms, including complex shapes, large halls, and curves on R, as well as the manufacturing technology to process those shapes into tatami mats, we can lay tatami mats in a wide variety of settings. We can accommodate tatami thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 60mm. We do not create paper patterns; instead, we use CAD for measuring, layout, production, and delivery in a single process, which shortens delivery times and eliminates the need for re-measurement during replacement due to data management. Additionally, for the production of irregularly shaped tatami mats, we use NC cutting machines to accommodate various shapes, including curves.
