With the technology to accurately measure the shapes of rooms, including complex forms and large halls, as well as curves on R, and the manufacturing technology to process those shapes into tatami mats, we can lay tatami in a wide variety of settings. We accommodate tatami thicknesses from 10mm to 60mm. We offer free estimates for tatami based on construction floor plans. Even for complex shapes, we measure accurately on-site without creating templates, using CAD for measurement, layout, production, and delivery, which shortens lead times and eliminates the need for re-measurement during replacements through data management. Additionally, we use NC cutting machines for the production of irregularly shaped tatami, accommodating various shapes, including curves. Our company is the only one in the tatami industry with this manufacturing line.
