Training Program "Visionary Leadership"
We aim to enhance the motivation and initiative of each employee, leading to the revitalization of both individuals and the organization.
"Visionary Leadership" is a training program for leadership management that enhances motivation and autonomy. In the first half of the training, participants engage in activities that help them take ownership of their work, fostering a mindset where each employee can positively and affirmatively perceive their role within the company and the work they and their team are doing.
