Since it does not use silicone, there are no concerns about low molecular siloxanes gasifying and adhering to electronic substrates, causing contact failures even at high temperatures. Additionally, by not using non-degradable silicone, it is also environmentally friendly.
It possesses the necessary thermal conductivity for batteries, lightweight due to low specific gravity, and excellent insulation properties. Based on our past mass production achievements, we can provide economical material proposals.
