This is a water-soluble copper discoloration inhibitor that forms a complex of copper and organic substances on the copper surface, preventing oxidation and long-term discoloration. ■It is a neutral water-soluble agent. ■Simply immersing the product diluted with water at a ratio of 10 to 20 times will prevent oxidation for a long time and maintain a beautiful surface. ■Immersion temperature: Room temperature to 60°C (recommended 50 to 60°C) ■Immersion time: 30 seconds to 2 minutes (varies depending on immersion temperature.) ■For copper products that have already discolored due to cutting oil or heat from machining, using a copper oxidation film remover like CU-600 in conjunction will be even more effective. ■Please use it to prevent discoloration after plating or barrel polishing. It is also effective when added simultaneously during barrel polishing. 【Usage Instructions】 Copper material → Degreasing → Rinsing → CU-600 → Rinsing → BT-8 → Rinsing → Drying Point 1… If the copper surface is not kept clean, unevenness will occur, leading to early discoloration due to an uneven rust prevention film.
