This is a recycled resin based on high-quality raw materials such as PC, PPS, PEEK, and PEI. It achieves engineering plastics and super engineering plastics that are comparable to virgin materials. We are engaged in material recycling of films, sheets, defective molded products, runners, and lumps generated in the factory from PC, PPS, and PEEK, allowing us to offer high-quality recycled resins that are on par with virgin materials. Additionally, we can also propose recycled resins of PEI, PMMA, PBT, and PFA. PC/PPS resins have obtained carbon footprint (CFP) certification through the SuMPO Environmental Label Program, reducing CO2 emissions in LCA to about 1/20 compared to virgin materials. Furthermore, we are also working on material recycling of market-recovered products, not just process edge materials. We exhibited at "FilmTech Japan 2023," held from October 4 to 6. We showcased equipment themed around wet coating solutions and thermal solutions, as well as recycled resins and conductive diamonds. Thanks to everyone, we had a very large number of visitors to our booth over the three days, and we sincerely thank you.

A new model of the gel time measurement device has arrived. It is now possible to measure extremely thin prepreg sheets and carbon fiber prepreg sheets, which were previously difficult to measure, while they remain in sheet form. Of course, measurement of liquids and powders is also possible. Features: - Direct measurement of sheet materials: No need to powder PCB prepreg. You can directly measure PCB prepreg, carbon prepreg, and more. Measurement of RCC (resin-coated copper foil) is also possible. - Measurement from thin to thick materials with a single sheet. It accommodates everything from 10um ultra-thin prepreg to thick non-woven fabrics. - Measurement of powder and liquid samples that were difficult with the stirring torque method. It can handle a wide range of samples, including those with high filler content, anaerobic samples, and gel-like samples. - Visualization of curing behavior in graphs. It calculates and graphs viscosity, phase difference, shear modulus, etc., from the measured stress. - Measurement of the viscoelasticity of fluids. Rheological measurements of non-Newtonian fluids, such as samples that do not cure, are also possible. - Confirmation of stress, viscosity, and phase data.
