When discharging the cutting fluid, these fine particles are filtered out as sludge, but the finer the mesh, the more expensive the filter becomes. Coarser filters are relatively inexpensive, but if they cannot adequately filter the sludge, they can lead to failures in the main unit and affect the finishing accuracy of the products. Finer meshes are more prone to clogging with sludge, leading to increased frequency of replacement/cleaning, which in turn increases downtime (time stopped for maintenance) and decreases work efficiency. Additionally, the economic losses, along with the environmental burden from disposal, also increase. This solution addresses all these concerns at once.
