[Case Study of Ekiatsumieruka Field Application] Bearing Replacement Work

Using pressure gauge mounting brackets, installed in the circuit! Introducing examples of support replacement work for various jacks.

We would like to introduce field application examples of our liquid pressure monitoring system, "Ekiatsumieruka." In the case of replacing the supports of FKK's flat jacks, we installed our product in place of the previously used analog pressure sensor to measure the pressure. The load equivalent to two jacks was displayed on a PC. Additionally, there are examples of support replacement work for hydraulic jacks manufactured by Osaka Jack and Oxx Jack. [Case Overview (Partial)] <FKK Flat Jack> - Installed to measure pressure in place of the previously used analog pressure sensor - Displayed the load equivalent to two jacks on a PC <Osaka Jack Hydraulic Jack> - Used a pressure gauge mounting bracket, installed in the circuit - Connected a dial gauge to the pressure sensor device to simultaneously measure pressure (load) and displacement *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ultrasonic Sensor "WE-009L" (for liquids)

By measuring the accumulation rate of the contents in the tank with an ultrasonic sensor, we optimize the frequency of delivery and collection.

By using this service, you can visualize the sedimentation rates in multiple tanks. This allows for delivery and collection only at necessary times, leading to a reduction in both time and economic costs compared to regularly scheduled deliveries and collections along fixed routes. The sensor is compact, measuring just over 10 centimeters in diameter and weighing about 600 grams, making it easy for anyone to install. Additionally, the sedimentation rates detected by the sensor can be viewed anytime using a dedicated web service. 【Features】 - Built-in battery, no power supply needed (estimated lifespan of 5 years, no need for recharging during use) - Information detected by the sensor is transmitted using a widely available 4G mobile phone network, eliminating the need for separate access points like Wi-Fi - In addition to sedimentation rates, it detects temperature, vibration, and location information, and will alert you in case of sudden changes. This can help prevent fires and detect acts of vandalism - Operates normally in harsh environments, from minus 40 degrees to high temperatures of 85 degrees

Five Questions to Ask Before Implementing an IoT Solution for Waste Collection

Currently, 60,000 sensors are operating worldwide, and we are confident in the level of completion of our technology.

The IoT for waste collection, like the common "smart ◯◯," aims to achieve better services, efficiency, and cost reduction by utilizing technology and the internet. However, there are various IoT solutions for waste collection, each differing from one another. We have summarized the items to consider when contemplating implementation into "5 questions." We hope you find this useful when comparing and evaluating services. 【5 Questions】 ■ Can you show us the level of completion of the technology? ■ How are the technology and costs related? ■ Can you provide examples of implementation? ■ How is this technology related to the collection operators? ■ How is it being put into practical use? *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
