Optimizing the concrete pouring process at construction sites to contribute to time reduction and cost savings! <NETIS Registration Number: CB-230029-A>
PERI has launched a digital solution that optimizes the concrete pouring process at construction sites, contributing to time savings and cost reductions. "PERI ISC" (PERI InSite Construction) is a concrete sensor product for construction. This product consists of measuring devices (a main hub and child nodes), sensors, and a web cloud service that handles the collected data. The installable sensors include temperature sensors, pressure sensors (for lateral pressure measurement), and filling/compaction detection sensors. (In the future, a water-cement ratio sensor may also be available.) By optimizing the pouring work and the operating time of the formwork based on the information collected from various sensors installed within the concrete formwork, it is possible to carry out the demolding process earlier and reduce the amount of necessary formwork materials, leading to labor savings and time and cost reductions at construction sites. Additionally, the web cloud service allows for monitoring and analyzing data without being constrained by time or location. The web-based tools can be accessed from various devices.

basic information
The construction concrete sensor "PERI ISC" by PERI has been registered in NETIS (New Technology Information System). <NETIS Registration Number: CB-230029-A> https://www.netis.mlit.go.jp/netis/ ■ Measuring Device (Consists of a main Hub and child Nodes.) * The main Hub displays the measured data in real-time. * Each sensor is connected to the child Node. The collected data is transmitted to the main Hub via WLAN. * The main Hub functions as a gateway connecting the child Node and the web application, transferring all collected data and current measurement data to the web application. ■ Sensors 1. Temperature Sensor 2. Pressure Sensor (for lateral pressure measurement) 3. Filling and Compaction Detection Sensor (There may also be a water-cement ratio sensor in the future) ■ WEB Cloud Service * Data can be monitored and analyzed without being restricted by time or location. The web-based tool is accessible from various devices. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Applications/Examples of results
At Perry Japan, we hold events at the Ibaraki Stockyard based on the concept of "Listen, See, Touch/Ride, Assemble" to learn according to our customers' needs. We conduct tours of the system formwork product exhibition hall, study sessions on system formwork, assembly experiences, and product seminars. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
Detailed information
-
PERI ISC: Connect filling detection sensors to the main body (HUB, NODE). The cloud can be accessed from various devices.
-
PERI ISC: Connect pressure detection sensors to the main body (HUB, NODE). The cloud can be accessed from various devices.
-
PERI ISC: Connect temperature measurement sensors to the main body (HUB, NODE). The cloud can be accessed from various devices.
-
(The installation image) The ISC temperature sensor cable of PERI ISC is very easy to install. It is installed on the rebar at the relevant location before concrete pouring.
-
It is possible for the sensor to send measurement values to the measuring device (main Hub) even when the measuring device (main Hub) and the sensor are far apart, through a communication device (sub-node) connected to the sensor.
-
By utilizing web cloud services, it is possible to analyze data obtained from sensors in real-time and achieve optimal concrete construction.
