New product of fire memory sensor integrated with a combination of electric wires and shape memory alloy.

This product is a fire memory sensor with a set temperature of 80°C. It integrates a shape memory alloy attached in a coil shape to a wire. When the surrounding temperature reaches 80°C, the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restoring it), creating a short circuit between the two wires to generate a temperature sensing signal (80°C). It is designed to be installed in equipment or locations at risk of fire, alerting the surroundings through alarms and preventing fires in advance, while also providing daily monitoring of fires with an eco-friendly technology product that has zero standby power for its switching function. It is a non-resettable type that allows for confirmation of a fire after activation. This product meets the performance standards of a fixed temperature type detector (Type 1) as specified by fire safety regulations (120 seconds). (Product Description) - Based on moisture and external temperature, the snow sensor determines whether the moisture adhered to its surface is rain or snow, activates a relay to operate devices such as snow melting systems, and outputs a detection signal externally (this model outputs a relay signal and RS485 external signal: wiring diagram available). - The capacitive rain and snow sensor is based on the reflection principle in the frequency domain, utilizing high-frequency electronic technology, and can measure with high sensitivity whether it is raining or snowing (capacitive detection diagram available). - The sensor incorporates a capacitor, thermometer, IC, and heater. - The moisture adhered to the sensor surface is detected by the potential difference of the capacitor, and the IC determines whether the moisture is rain or snow based on moisture and external temperature, activating the relay and outputting a detection signal externally. - After detecting rain or snow, moisture remains on the surface, so the sensor surface is dried with a heater to prepare for the next normal detection.
