This product is a fire memory sensor with a set temperature of 80°C. It integrates a shape memory alloy attached in a coil shape to a wire. When the surrounding temperature reaches 80°C, the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restoring it), creating a short circuit between the two wires to generate a temperature sensing signal (80°C). It is designed to be installed in equipment or locations at risk of fire, alerting the surroundings through alarms and preventing fires in advance, while also providing daily monitoring of fires with an eco-friendly technology product that has zero standby power for its switching function. It is a non-resettable type that allows for confirmation of a fire after activation. This product meets the performance standards of a fixed temperature type detector (Type 1) as specified by fire safety regulations (120 seconds). This product integrates two soluble insulated wires that soften at a certain temperature with a shape memory alloy (in coil form) attached closely enough to them. 2. The shape memory alloy is attached in a coil form to the soluble insulated wires, and when the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the wires soften, causing the shape memory alloy to constrict the wires (restoration), short-circuiting the two wires to detect temperature and generate a signal. The softening temperature of the wires and the restoration temperature of the shape memory alloy are the same (80°C). This same temperature is the set temperature of the fire memory sensor (80°C). 3. This is a product that combines soluble insulated wires with shape memory alloy (set temperature 80°C). 4. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C) of the fire memory sensor, the soluble insulated wires soften simultaneously with the restoration temperature of the shape memory alloy, utilizing the characteristics of the shape memory alloy to tighten the two soluble insulated wires, causing a short circuit (contact) between the two wires, thereby sensing the set temperature and generating a signal. 5. By setting the fire memory sensor's set temperature to the nominal temperature of a fire, it can respond to fire detection. 6. By setting the fire memory sensor's set temperature to the abnormal temperature of equipment, it can detect (identify) abnormal temperatures.
