A must-see for contractors and builders who want to reduce their workload! Floor panel construction method.

Due to the large-scale reduction in construction, work time has been reduced by about 50%! Since only one steel post is installed for each floor panel, it can be constructed by someone other than a carpenter.

The "Floor Panel System" is a construction method that utilizes integrated floor panels made of structural plywood, structural LVL, and insulation materials, allowing for reduced construction time and high insulation performance. Installation is simple, requiring only one steel post per floor panel. The components that create thermal bridges under the floor are minimized, resulting in high insulation effectiveness. Since there is no need for additional framing or connections, significant reductions in work time can be achieved, contributing to reduced fatigue and lower risk of injury. 【Features】 ■ Approximately 20% reduction in the amount of insulation material used for the floor (based on our calculations) ■ Approximately 50% reduction in construction time (based on our tests) ■ Minimal on-site processing, reducing the burden of waste disposal costs *For more details, please refer to the materials available for download under "Download Catalog." Sponge blasting method

Despite being dry, it is safe and does not produce dust! A construction method suitable for on-site work.

The "sponge blast method" is a technique that does not project abrasive materials directly, but instead encapsulates various abrasives within a non-polluting sponge, forming small sponge particles the size of a bean, which are then projected at high speed. Despite being a dry method, it does not produce dust and does not cause damage to areas outside the projection surface, nor does it harm the operator or others working nearby. Additionally, the used sponge material is collected and separated into dust and reusable portions using a separately sold recycling separator, allowing for repeated use. The sponge material is lightweight and granular, making it easier to collect compared to powdered abrasives. 【Features】 - Does not scatter dust, pollutants, or water - Can be recycled and reused - The rebound force is 1/10, allowing for work with only windbreak nets or similar enclosures, and can be performed in light attire - Efficiently removes the main causes of corrosion, "chlorides and chlorine ions," more effectively than other methods - Allows for subtle control of strength, enabling the removal of only the surface layer of the projection area or adjustment of roughness *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Ceramax Method <Weather Resistance and Paint Deterioration>

The main bond is a pseudo-glass-like Si-O bond! Solar rays with wavelengths shorter than ultraviolet light are absorbed by the ozone layer.

We would like to introduce the mechanism of our "Ceramax Method," which is resistant to paint deterioration (chalking) and possesses weather resistance and ultra-long-term durability. The Ceramax used in this method is a paint that is strong against long-term durability and paint deterioration, made from inorganic alkoxysilane compounds. As a result, the main chain consists of pseudo-glassy -Si-O- bonds, which prevent paint deterioration and enable ultra-long-term durability. Disaster Prevention Wall Construction Method

A groundbreaking cantilever retaining wall that withstands sudden heavy rain has been completed.

The "Disaster Prevention Wall Method" is a hybrid retaining wall with a tandem structure. To effectively utilize 100% of the backfill gravel as self-weight, the thickness of the retaining wall is reduced, significantly decreasing the excavation width and volume of excavated soil. Additionally, each tier of the back blocks has drainage and collection functions, allowing any groundwater that emerges from any part of the slope to be drained to the front of the wall, making it a "groundwater discharge type retaining wall." It has also been developed to meet other criteria such as integration through cast-in-place concrete and safe emergency construction responses. 【Features】 ■ Cost-reducing method ■ Groundwater discharge type retaining wall with high drainage functionality ■ Strongly integrated retaining wall ■ Enables safe emergency construction ■ Reduces complaints about backfill gravel settling *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Landslide prevention case study by "Unit Net" 2

Conditions during heavy rain disasters at unit net construction sites.

Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Haki Hoshimaru, Shimizu Moto District From July 5 to 6, 2017, due to the inflow of warm and very humid air towards the stationary rainy front near the Tsushima Strait, a linear precipitation zone was formed and maintained, resulting in extremely heavy rain in the same location. This led to record-breaking rainfall in the northern Kyushu region and caused a heavy rain disaster. In Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where this heavy rain disaster occurred, unit nets were adopted and constructed in 2014 as part of a steep slope collapse prevention project. You can view the situation near the unit net construction site immediately after the disaster on the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan's YouTube account. The back side of the three-story building (elementary school) shown around 1:40 in the video below is the site where the unit net method was implemented. Despite numerous landslides occurring in the surrounding mountains, the area where the unit net method was applied did not experience any landslides. For more details, please refer to our company's website column and materials (available for download below).

Introduction of slope greening examples at solar power plants [Case study collection available].

The slope with a geology of comprehensive mountain sand was improved through polysoil greening work, as soil was flowing out every time it rained. *Case study collection and technical materials are currently available.

We would like to introduce a case where our Polysoil Greening Work was implemented at a solar power plant. "Polysoil Greening Work" is a slope greening method that firmly coats soil and sand slopes with an acrylic resin, providing quick erosion prevention, reliable full greening, and significant cost-effectiveness. *NETIS Registration: KT-210082-A 【Challenges Before Construction】 Due to the geology of the entire area being sandy soil, soil would wash away with every rain, resulting in muddy water. 【Results After Construction】 - There was no runoff at all even during heavy rain on the third day after construction. - Full greening was achieved in about one month. *For more details, please refer to the materials available for download in PDF format or feel free to contact us.
