Earth Drill Type Enlarged Base Pile Method "HND Method"

By systematizing the construction management device, we will ensure the reliable execution of expanded shapes and hole bottom treatment!

The "HND method" is a construction technique that involves using an earth drill excavator's drilling bucket to excavate the shaft of a pile to a specified depth in the bearing layer, and then using a bell-shaped bucket to expand the excavation in a conical shape, creating a cast-in-place concrete pile with a larger tip area. As a result, it achieves bearing capacity equivalent to that of a straight pile, and compared to straight piles with the same load-bearing capacity, it significantly reduces the amount of excavated soil and concrete, allowing for not only a shortened construction period but also cost savings. 【Features】 ■ By using a belled pile, equivalent bearing capacity can be achieved even with a smaller shaft diameter. ■ Reduction in concrete volume and excavated soil volume. ■ Reduced environmental impact. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Method Introduction: "Reseau fond Pier Method"

Just cover the rebar cage of the pile with a net! We accommodate various challenges and a wide range of construction methods.

During concrete placement, protect the hole walls from horizontal holes, drainage ditches, and other underground water. This prevents collapse and the inclusion of soil and impurities, enabling the construction of high-quality piles. By covering the pile shell with a Reseau fond net, it is possible to prevent concrete runoff even in soft ground such as peat layers and landfill sites, as well as in ground with flowing water. The pile shell is covered with a Reseau fond net, which helps prevent hole wall collapse. <Features> ■ Versatile use… Applicable to various methods such as earth drilling, all casing methods, and underground continuous wall methods. ■ Over 200 successful projects… Extensive experience in public works such as those by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, as well as in private construction. ■ Simple construction method… Uses a permeable synthetic fiber (made of polyethylene) mesh fabric. In addition to being economical, it is lightweight and easy to handle. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

APS method

Achieved a beautiful finish by using the wood grain to express it, as the metal parts inside the structure are not visible.

Our company employs the APS method, which enhances the beauty of traditional wooden construction and its seismic strength. Compared to metal construction methods, fire resistance and airtightness are significantly improved. Since it does not use bolts or nuts, the basic structure is less prone to looseness. Additionally, both pulling and torque management are easy. 【Features】 ■ Significantly improved quality of housing ■ Existing construction techniques and precut factory equipment can be utilized as is ■ Cost differences can be realized in total costs (for precut factories) ■ The specialized expression of the equipment provides beauty and gentleness towards people and the environment ■ No bolts or nuts are used *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Deep foundation construction method

A reliable construction method that responds to all conditions through the combination of human labor and machinery.

We handle a type of site-cast pile method called "Deep Foundation Method," which can be constructed even on slopes or in narrow spaces using manual excavation. One of its greatest features is that dry construction can be performed while directly observing the excavation surface and the concrete placement, resulting in no vibrations and no noise. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Manual excavation allows construction in narrow spaces (pile diameter ranges from φ1200 to infinity) ■ Easy construction on slopes ■ Suitable for preventive pile methods against landslides ■ Suitable for underpinning methods ■ Possible to carry out renovation work within a factory while it is in operation, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

When troubled by mold growth or salt damage: Examples of flooring installation in the seafood industry.

I was struggling with mold issues when I heard about the Eucrete method from a trading company representative and decided to adopt it.

We would like to introduce a flooring installation example by Asahi Coating for the seafood industry. The seafood industry often involves working with flowing water, making it difficult to keep the floor dry, which leads to a high risk of mold growth. Additionally, due to the high salt content, salt damage is also likely to occur. To address this, we adopted the "Eucleet Method," which is highly resistant to chemicals and can withstand the harsh working conditions of the seafood industry. While our standard method also offers excellent chemical resistance and helps suppress mold growth, we have an option to add a mold inhibitor for particularly poor usage conditions. **Results** - Adopted in seafood-related environments with no windows and poor ventilation, there has been no sign of mold growth even after about four years. - Regarding salt damage, areas with bare concrete deteriorated quickly, but after the Eucleet installation, there have been no issues at all. **Image Descriptions** 1st image: Newly constructed soup factory in the ramen industry. 2nd image: Indoor fish processing facility with no windows at all. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
