[Construction Example] Removal of Underground Obstacles in Minato Ward & 30m Foundation Pile Driving Work

Feel free to consult us if you are in trouble! Here is an example of a case where we encountered underground obstacles and received a removal request.

We would like to introduce a case of underground obstacle removal conducted by our company in Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo. During the construction using the Aboron method, we encountered an underground obstacle at a depth of 18 meters, which made it impossible to continue the work, leading to a request for removal from our company. Using the multi-drill excavator SR-45, we performed the underground obstacle removal with the multi-drill method, and after the obstacle was removed, we also carried out the installation of the foundation piles for the tower crane, measuring 350×350H. Wire Pre-Cutting Method "L-Line System - Wire Unit"

By using the unit wiring method, we simplify electrical construction and standardize the installation! We are freed from the joint connection work of VVF cables, reducing mistakes and shortening construction time!

The electric wire unit cable is a product that pre-cuts electrical wiring for homes and turns it into a unit! It streamlines the indoor wiring work of VVF cables (connecting to switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, distribution boards, etc.). This product is processed in a dedicated factory in advance. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of construction errors and shortened construction period By using color sheathed cables and destination labels, construction errors can be reduced. Since wiring at the ceiling beams is unnecessary on-site, work time is shortened. ■ Storage of electrical drawings Approval drawings for the power company can be created, digitized, and stored for management. ■ High quality and high reliability Since the branch connection parts are processed in the factory and all circuits are inspected, it is possible to deliver good products. ■ Diverse needs In addition to electric wire units, it is also possible to pick out information-related wiring devices and ship them by individual residence. ■ It is a product certified by the Japan Electric Wire and Cable Industry Association (JCS).

Special Yatoko Method

A foundation pile installation method that does not require cutting costs for the pile head! The cost of pile materials is sufficient for the actual length.

We would like to introduce the "Special Yattoko Method." The "Special Yattoko" developed by our company is a Yattoko specification that does not cut any piles and has been highly evaluated by various government agencies. This product is made of steel pipes with the same diameter as the piles and is installed in the bolt holes of the pile heads to integrate with the piles, allowing for the embedding of four or more long bolts. After inserting the piles, the portion above ground is checked for pile alignment using a transit level, and temporarily fixed with a wooden camber. Then, the bolts protruding above ground are loosened and pulled out. **Features** - Economical - Does not compromise pile performance - No reinforcement due to pile misalignment - Yattoko construction is possible up to a maximum of 10m - Usable for PHC piles, joint piles, steel pipe piles, and H-beams *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
