The Noto Reconstruction Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has featured our 3D printer in the Nikkei newspaper.
The official X account of the Noto Reconstruction Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Nihon Keizai Shimbun have published that our 3D printer has been adopted for the reconstruction of Noto. The official X account of the Noto Reconstruction Office introduces the use of our products in the restoration work of the Noto Expressway. Additionally, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun mentions that structures made with our products are being used for the restoration of roads damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and that the construction period can be shortened by about two weeks, so please take a look.

We will be exhibiting a panel at the Construction Technology Fair 2018 in Chubu from October 17 (Wednesday) to October 18 (Thursday).
Yasuda Engineering Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting a panel at the "Construction Technology Fair 2018 in Chubu," which will be held from October 17 (Wednesday) to October 18 (Thursday), 2018! This event provides a platform for technical exchange among industry, academia, and government, promoting technological development and the introduction of new technologies, while introducing the current status and direction of technology development to students majoring in the construction field. It is also an exhibition that widely presents the appeal of construction technology and the necessity of social infrastructure development to the general public. Our company will showcase the ultimate thrusting method, the "Milling Mole Method," equipped with four special functions (exploration, improvement, cutting, and guidance) that ensure safety even in the presence of obstacles. Please be sure to check out our panel display! We look forward to your visit.

******* Exhibition at the Sewerage Exhibition ******** Yasuda Engineering showcased the underground obstacle-responsive mud slurry thrusting method, featuring the milling mole method and the JET method, which uses CCD camera sensors to instantly measure the position of the tunneling machine on sharp curves! 【Exhibited Products】 ■ Underground Obstacle-Responsive Mud Slurry Thrusting Method The milling mole method is used in urban development and safely carries out thrusting work by cutting through and penetrating obstacles that remain underground. It can detect obstacles ahead of the thrusting excavation and discharge them as cutting powder of about 1 cm, and if necessary, it allows for chemical injection from within the machine and guidance of the tunneling machine using GPS. ■ JET Method The JET method uses CCD camera sensors to instantly measure the position of the tunneling machine on sharp curves. It enables long-distance and sharp curve construction in small-diameter thrusting. By using a dedicated pump tube and lubricant injection pipe for the JET method, it reduces the load on the pipe, allowing for long-distance thrusting even with small diameters. It is the most excellent all-around thrusting method that does not limit construction locations due to internal measurements.
