The Dell Precision Workstation has reached its 25th anniversary this year. We sincerely appreciate your support. In this 25th anniversary year, we have announced new products that are not part of our past lineup. One of these is the Precision 7865 Tower, which features the latest AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO as its CPU. This CPU can support up to 64 cores, a maximum of 1TB of memory, and 56TB of storage, as well as the capability to accommodate up to two 300W graphics cards, making it a very powerful workstation in terms of processing capability. In equipping this CPU and the latest graphics cards, we have adopted a newly designed chassis that achieves more efficient airflow for heat dissipation than previous models. This chassis incorporates 35.6% recycled plastic and 15.2% closed-loop (circular) recycled plastic, making it more sustainable. The Dell Precision workstation celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. Workstation performance in a 14-inch chassis: Dell Precision 5470/3470 mobile workstation.
This year, marking our 25th anniversary, we are pleased to announce the launch of the 14-inch mobile workstations (MWS), Precision 5470 and 3470, which are not part of our past lineup. In introducing the 14-inch MWS, we prioritized performance as a workstation and the robustness of Dell Precision. Like other MWS, they are equipped with the 12th generation Intel Core H series, with the 5470 featuring NVIDIA RTX A1000 graphics and the 3470 offering T550 graphics. As the chassis becomes smaller and thinner, heat dissipation becomes more challenging, but we have addressed this by adopting Dell's unique opposing exhaust fan (with two in the 5470). Both models have passed durability tests based on MIL-STD 810G (military specifications). The reduction of the bezel has also increased the display's share of the chassis size, with the 5470 utilizing a 16:10 display that has a screen-to-body ratio of 91%. We have implemented the following functional improvements in the electrical equipment CAD "MEP Designer PRO," "Brain Gear Supra," and "ARCADE NEO." 1. Wiring Length Setting In electrical equipment, when connecting wires to equipment symbols on panels, a length of 1.5M was added as excess length during the picking process.
