J-CIVIL ver1.4.1 released! Supports "Earthwork Calculation" and "J-LandXML Comparison".
On October 5, 2026, we updated "J-CIVIL" to version 1.4.1. This time, we enhanced the drawing verification function of the drawing error check tool "Consistency Navigator," which is an option in J-CIVIL, and added aerial photo map overlay and KML output to J-CIVIL.
【New Features of Consistency Navigator】
■ Consistency Check: Supports four types of verification: longitudinal section alone, cross-section alone, plan view and cross-section, and longitudinal section and cross-section. You can narrow down the checks to only × or △, and the reasons for the judgments are displayed.
■ J-LandXML Data Comparison: You can compare the J-LandXML received for ICT construction with the numerical values and items in the drawings.
■ Earthwork Calculation: Calculates the volume of cut and fill using the average cross-section method from the planned line and ground line of the cross-section input during verification.
■ CSV Saving: Each result can be saved as a CSV file, which can be opened directly in Excel.
【New Features of J-CIVIL】
■ Aerial Photo Map Overlay: You can display aerial photos from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan underneath according to the coordinates of the drawings.
■ KML Output of Coordinates and Alignments: You can output coordinates and alignments to a file that can be opened in Google Earth.
A free trial version (15 days, all features) is available.
