Ground reinforcement work | A reliable data management system to prevent neighbor disputes and settlement risks.
Ground reinforcement work
Eliminate neighborhood disputes and subsidence risks! ETP construction method compliant with regulations. We provide reliable peace of mind through data management and clean construction.
This document explains the importance of "ground reinforcement work" in eliminating risks associated with neighboring complaints and on-site troubles, as well as the features of the "ETP method" that makes this possible. In foundation work in urban areas and densely populated residential areas, noise, vibration, and environmental degradation from leftover soil and muddy water can lead to neighborhood troubles. The ETP method is a soil-displacement-free pile driving technique that involves rotating and pressing a steel pipe equipped with a disc wing at its tip. It produces no impact noise or severe vibrations, and since it does not use cement, there is no generation of leftover soil or dust. This allows for clean construction that minimizes the burden on neighboring residents while keeping the surrounding environment clean. Furthermore, it has a reliable design specification that has obtained public certification, such as from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and can accommodate support forces in both pushing and pulling directions. GeoTech Co., Ltd. automatically records penetration data in real-time using a dedicated device during construction, providing strict quality assurance based on objective data. With complete traceability and support for various ground guarantee insurances, we promise true peace of mind and trust to clients and neighboring residents.

basic information
This is a publicly recognized rotary driven steel pipe pile method that has obtained certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Pressing: TACP-0665/0666, etc.) and the GBRC Building Technical Performance Certification (Pulling: No. 12-20). It is available in a total of 16 sizes ranging from φ89.1mm to φ609.6mm, and high-tensile steel pipes of grade 590N can also be used. The maximum construction depth is up to 130 times the outer diameter or 63.6m for sandy ground, and up to 130 times the outer diameter or 59.43m for clayey ground. Torque values and depths during construction are automatically recorded, ensuring traceability to prevent data tampering.

Applications/Examples of results
It is applicable for foundation reinforcement of general residential buildings, mid- to high-rise condominiums, office buildings, etc., with a total floor area of 500,000 square meters or less. In particular, it is ideal for construction in densely populated residential areas where noise and vibration complaints are a concern, as well as around schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities where environmental pollution from mud and dust must be absolutely prevented. Additionally, it is widely adopted as a construction method that ensures reliable ground guarantees and safety in public works requiring strict quality certification based on objective construction data, and in large-scale projects of companies that prioritize compliance.
