We will conduct deep excavation using a boring machine that complies with urban delivery restrictions, as well as standard penetration tests (continuous N-value measurement) in accordance with JIS standards. For cohesive soil layers, we will perform undisturbed sample collection (using triple tubes, etc.) and precisely calculate the consolidation yield stress Pc and compression index Cc through JIS A 1217 staged loading consolidation tests. Additionally, we will directly measure the lateral deformation modulus E value of the ground in situ using in-hole lateral loading tests (LLT). All measurement data will be analyzed in conjunction with our in-house ground information system GEODAS and delivered as a technical report specialized for proximity construction.

It is optimal for assessing proximity construction risks for data center construction in urban areas, adjacent to industrial parks, and at existing facility expansion sites. It will be used for preliminary checks of risks such as neighboring subsidence and road collapse due to high load, prevention of vibration noise and ground loosening during pile driving, and foundation design in areas close to retaining walls and soil supports.
