Visualizing horizontal load capacity in new building construction on weak ground! By analyzing ground reaction forces, we prevent excessive pile diameter and reinforcement, achieving optimal pile placement.

This solution is a ground consulting service that accurately visualizes the horizontal bearing capacity and lateral ground reaction coefficient during earthquakes in building construction plans on soft ground, optimizing pile layout and foundation structure. In sites where thick soft layers are distributed, there has been a challenge of selecting excessively thick pile diameters and excessive pile driving to suppress the bending moment at the pile head and horizontal displacement during earthquakes. GeoTech conducts penetration measurements at multiple points and integrated analysis of ground deformation characteristics, accurately depicting the lateral ground reaction coefficient (Kh) and allowable vertical bearing capacity as numerical data for each depth. By linking the obtained ground bearing capacity parameters to the structural calculation model, we derive the minimum number of piles and optimal pile diameter and pile head reinforcement specifications according to the axial and horizontal forces under each column. This eliminates excessive design and significantly reduces construction labor and material costs while maintaining structural safety. A report with clear calculation basis also facilitates smooth structural compatibility assessment.
