This is a technology for correcting uneven settlement specifically designed for existing single-family homes (wooden, lightweight steel, cloth foundation, and slab foundation) on narrow lots. For subsurface obstacle detection, small-scale test excavations using a hand auger and probing rods are employed, and the inclination angle is precisely measured with a high-precision digital laser level. In the settlement correction process, structural carbon steel plates (at least 12 mm thick and 500 mm square) or concrete pressure plates are installed, and millimeter-level lifting adjustments are made using small hydraulic jacks and a quiet electric power unit. For foundation reinforcement, high-adhesion epoxy resin injection materials are used, and lightweight bubble mortar (air milk) is densely filled under the floor gaps under pressure.
