This is a pipe protection type settlement correction technology targeting existing single-family homes and mixed-use residential buildings (wooden, lightweight steel, cloth foundation, and flat foundation). For underground obstacle exploration, we employ hand auger drilling machines and probing rods for trial excavation and line identification, measuring inclination angles and height differences in millimeter units using high-precision digital laser levels. In settlement correction, structural carbon steel plates with a thickness of 12 millimeters or more (at least 500 millimeters square) or concrete pressure plates are placed, and pipe-following lifting is performed through linked control of small hydraulic jacks. For foundation reinforcement, high-adhesion epoxy resin injection materials are used, and lightweight bubble mortar (air milk) is injected at low pressure and high density into the voids at the bottom.
