This is a local precision diagnosis and uneven settlement correction technology aimed at existing single-family homes (wooden, lightweight steel, cloth foundations, slab foundations, etc.). Ground exploration employs hand augers and probing rods for test digging and soil sampling, while high-precision digital laser levels are used for settlement measurement. For settlement correction, pressure plates made of structural carbon steel plates (12 mm thick and at least 500 mm square) are placed along with small hydraulic jacks, and lifting adjustments are made through linked control. High-adhesion epoxy resin injection materials and U-cut reinforcement materials are used for structural repairs of the foundation, and lightweight bubble mortar (air milk) is used for densifying the subfloor ground.
