Construction Industry Educational Tool 'On-Site Trainer' Supervised by 8 General Contractors
On-site Trainer
We combine the on-site know-how of eight general contractors. We provide realistic construction management training that can only be realized through joint development.
The "On-site Trainer" is a construction management education system jointly developed by eight general contractors: Aoki Asunaro Construction, Asanuma Group, Kyoritsu Construction, Sato Industry, Osuma Construction, Takamatsu Construction, Tobishima Construction, and RN Construction, along with Computer System Research Co., Ltd. It condenses the knowledge and know-how cultivated by each company on-site into educational content, enabling practical learning within a virtual construction site. The ability to learn from the perspectives and experiences of multiple general contractors is its greatest feature. It can be utilized not only for the construction management education of new and young employees but also for the reskilling of mid-career hires, allowing for the cultivation of standardized "awareness on-site" across companies while reducing the burden on educators.
